utibe and clements got married at the hyatt in fairfax, va. fun times was had. plenty of good food. and dancing dancing dancing. the ladies over at oasis of elegance made sure everything went on smoothly. and smoothly it went ;-)
here are just a few of the pics. have a great weekend.
just so there's no confusion, isowa + francis = francisowa ;-)
francisowa had their wedding ceremony at jesus house dc back in november. and the reception at the arbor ballroom. it was such a pleasure capturing the emotion, love and details of the wedding.
francisowa are amazing and the love between them is strong and sweet! they were both very anxious and excited to see each other and ready to take their relationship to the next level of becoming one (hence francisowa...lol).
below are some pictures and a link to a slideshow. enjoy!

stephanie and robert are married!!!
i know...i'm so behind in blogging weddings. anyway, stephanie and robert got married in comous, md and i was lucky enough to tag along with alejo. it was an intimate wedding that was loads of fun.
here are a few of the pictures.
on the way to the church, i stopped by the house where stephanie was getting ready. didn't stay long, but had to get the gorgeous sky.
and grab some snacks and drinks that was prepared for friends and relatives :-)
did i say how gorgeous the sky was?
meet robert. right outside the church.
groomsmen making a couple of final adjustments before the ceremony. check out the best man's socks.
the gorgeous bridesmaids
and the super gorgeous bride.
the ceremony took place at St Mary's Catholic Shrine in Barnesville, MD
time to head to the reception at the comous inn.
they gave this out to the guests. i wanted to steal the whole thing :-)

time for the first dance.

the toasts- emotional, in many ways.
time to cut the cake...
time to jam
Very lovely set of pictures, i bet you use a 24 ur shots are wide angle like...! great work
(11.25.08 @ 03:59 PM)love, looooove, the details on this set....
(12.04.08 @ 03:56 PM)had some computer issues last night, so i wasn't able to put up some posts. anyway, i'll do that later on today.
just wanted to say how much i love wedding pre-parties, as opposed to just engagement dinners. "francisowa" got married a couple of weekends ago, and had a great party with friends the night before the wedding. i think it's a good way for people to mingle and get the wedding weekend started, especially for out of towners.
ummm....well, as long as the wedding is sometime in the afternoon ;-) i should have a few more pictures posted later on.
also, pictures from their wedding will be posted later this week.
(p.s., for photographers: this was taken at ISO 1600, with no flash. someone happened to take a picture at the same moment. power of DSLR and shooting in RAW).

Don't worry you dont need too many, the fewer the better :) I like the intimate feel of the shots.
